There are two kinds of snoring:
• Benign occurs constantly when asleep, but is not combined with sound choppy or apneas.
• Malignant which is associated with apnea, ultimately causing other illnesses.
For instance, deviated septum, polyps, sinusitis, hypertrophic turbinates and problems linked to the palate and uvula.
Three factors are necessary for snoring is carried out.

- Respiratory obstruction, which forces air through the pressure to succeed in the lungs

Some snoring cures and suggestions to help solve the milder snoring complaints are:
• Reduce weight.
• Don’t drink alcohol at night.
• Do not sleep lying on your back, do it on its side.
• Don’t lie down without digestion.
• Don’t take sleeping pills as it relaxes muscle tension and thus generating more snoring.
• Place the head of the bed Five or ten cm. higher.
