Loud night time breathing is among the many commonest sleep problems. Whereas it’s neither a delibitating nor dying threatening condition, it still causes some grave issues that may or could indirectly root from its effects.
Most center-aged males are the victims and there’s high danger towards obese persons. This is true since fleshy necks are most probably to have extra muscular tissues that might collapse during relaxed breathing.
Loud night time breathing roots from narrowed air passage in between the throat and the nose. Once we sleep, this passage narrows due to relaxation of the tissues. This explains why we only snore after we are at our most restful position.

Snoring is a common problem with many people and each person can admit to snoring even if it happens occasionally. It is very disturbing to those who have to bear the noisy night while their partner is lost in this curious problem. According to research, men make up a huge percentage of those who snore and it gets worse if they are overweight. It is important to understand the causes of snoring early enough to be able to nip it at the bud. The basic cause of snoring is a narrowed passageway that limits the air that is inhaled and exhaled. This passageway connects the nose to the throat and it narrows down at night when people are more relaxed.

No one likes to admit that they snore; sometimes they even deny it when faced with a recording of their own chainsaw-like noise. However, snoring is more than just a simple embarrassment, as chronic sleep deprivation can cause a host of problems, including chronic headaches, nausea, falling asleep at inappropriate times (such as behind the wheel while driving), and in extreme cases, even hallucinations. As embarrassing as snoring is, it can be even more embarrassing to be told that weight loss and curing snoring can go hand in hand. It's not nice to have to admit to being heavier than you should be and that this is what's causing you to snore.
