The simple truth is that all of us snores at some point in their life, whether because of symptoms of the common cold, awkward sleeping positions in chairs or on sofas, or perhaps the occasional reaction to seasonal allergies. It is also a fact that loud snores makes sleep restless, leading to that exhausted, dragging feeling that many people experience even though they think they have had adequate sleep to get them through their day. Snoring creates a condition of much less oxygen going into the body during sleep, depriving blood cells of the optimal oxygen level for regeneration of the body and mind while sleeping. Thus a person will probably still feel worn out, irrespective of how many hours of sleep they have had. From time to time, that worn out feeling may go away during the day because body takes in a higher level of oxygen, with caffeine consumption, or other stimulants that give the body extra energy to burn. Nonetheless, snoring cures deal with the snoring itself and eliminates the main problem.
